Look for "Office Hour with Michelle" under Event in the left menu of your customer portal. There is limited seating for each event. If you don't get into one try the following week.
Provider's Support page
The providers support page has been overhauled. Now that the release is done the screenshots need to be updated with the new look and feel. See the link below in the "Online User Manual Tips" section to view the updates.

The use manual overhaul is complete. If you use the Browse User Manual button you'll see the sections have been re-ordered with an index at the top. Each section has been prefixed so that common areas of the system such as an inbox tab, a top menu item or the provider area has prefixes such as inbox, menu or provider. You'll also see items that start with words such as about, how to, troubleshooting. The workflow sections are prefixed with Workflow as they were before. Every section has been streamlined and will cross reference others sections where applicable. Sections for the same tab or page that were combined to keep the information in one section. With the index and prefixing along with the user manual search features you should have several ways to find the information you're looking for. If you used all of these tools and don't see an answer you're looking for feel free to enter a ticket and we'll guide you to the information or we'll answer your question and update the user manual to include the information you were looking for.
Tips on searching the user manual.
- Enter keywords into the search box labeled "How can we help?" and click the Find button. If your on a specific tab in BOUNDS try entering the name of the tab to find it's section that shows instruction for that tab page in the system.
- Keyword examples: Try "Appointments" to see information on the appointments feature.
- Finding reports information:
- Enter keywords for the report data you would like to find or the name of a report and select the "Reports Manual" button.
- You may select the "Browse User Manual" button to see a listing of sections for the user manual.
- Images in the manual or in customer support tickets can be clicked to open a full size view of an image in a new tab or window.
