Patch 6454 was released on 06/28/2025 which resolves the address issue reported on 06/25/2025.

There is a known problem with the address lookup from mapbox which makes it appear that the client address is not saving. We are working on this and will notify the state when it is resolved.

Capstone was moved to a new server on 06/14/2024 to accommodate changes with SHIP. Release 6421 and 6429 were also installed.
Release 6421 includes:
Total Units visible on Pending Barcode List
The addition of a field on the client screen for Other ID
The ability to Search by DCN and Search by Other ID
Site Admin - Default Provider - Site Administrators can now change the default site for their users. To do this, the Site Administrator would navigate to the Users tab, select the User, select the pencil icon to edit the user, begin typing the default provider name in the box, select the provider and save.
A History Tab for demographic changes.
Orders and Invoices - ability to track budgets and send invoices.
Case Closure drop down for case supervisors. Supervisors can use the case closure feature to remove the case from their inbox. This does not close services or change the overview. It strictly removes the pending logs and assessments from the supervisor’s inbox. When a new intake is conducted and a log or assessment is created in accordance with the intake process, the client will appear in the supervisor’s inbox again.
Send Complete Notification - When a user completes an organization's service unit upload for a month, the user has the ability to post a notification that the month is complete.
Visibility of consumers with no address - The user will see that the physical address is missing on the case bar (where the ID and name is).
Release 6429 is a report's release. It includes:
Billing Records report
Service Expenditures Total by Date Range report
Service Expenditure by Provider report.
An update to the Clients by Date Range report to include a deceased indicator and deceased date column.
Makes site optional on Form Data repots.
Updates a label on the Qualified Meal Report
Resolves a misspelled column name on the Active Clients by Date Range report.

All Capstone data will be archived weekly on Friday 6:00 PM Eastern time with data archived for the federal fiscal year October through September. Data is also archived for the previous fiscal year in months October through January to allow programs to finalize their data for OAAPS reporting.
