OKDHS Aging Services Division

"ELDERS" is a web-enabled medical eligibility determination and case management system integrated into the OKDHS systems environment. Because applications for Home and Community Based Services have both a medical and financial eligibility determination, ELDERS streamlines the process for OKDHS nurse and case workers by scoring applications based on the final determination and pushing it forward to services many days sooner than the previous paper process. With ELDERS Remote, nurses are able to work offline and later sync their case data. Utilizing electronic notifications to service delivery programs, ELDERS saves OKDHS several man hours of faxing and scanning while placing much needed services in the consumer's home many days sooner while creating an effective method for tracking case loads and application timeliness.

Oklahoma Marriage Initiative and Family Expectations

JUMP Technology Services has provided system design and development services for the Oklahoma Marriage Initiative since 2003. JUMP has also shared its expertise as one of the first Oklahoma based Internet Marketing companies by providing online marketing consulting services to the program over the past five years.

ABLE Commission Receipts Program

JUMP created custom designed software to replace the old Dbase system. This project is an excellent case study in how excellent communication and design coupled with project sponsor commitment to the phase ensures an easy roll out.
