Summer Associate Program

We invest in a small, very selective summer associate program. Summer associates are selected on the basis of exceptionally high personal and intellectual potential and are rewarded with tremendous opportunities for learning and development.

Why join us?

Summer associates work on real projects, accomplishing crucial tasks and solving challenging problems. Acting as first-year associates, they provide constructive input, and work with senior members of the firm. In addition to this extensive hands-on learning, summer associates will be part of a cohort of summer interns for orientation and formal training led by senior consultants.

Successful candidates will have demonstrated intellectual excellence, leadership, and a pattern of accomplishment in both work and personal projects. We believe character, a strong work-ethic, and a passion to serve others are the most important traits in our consultants. We actively seek those with a passion for knowledge who understand their own learning styles and accept responsibility for keeping their skills fresh in a rapidly changing industry. Our very high level of selectivity has enabled us to recruit individuals who fit our culture and share our values. Many of our consultants have developed careers they never thought possible. Specifically, we are looking for candidates who have:

  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Work experience in a variety of industries
  • Strong problem solving abilities (process and creativity)
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Proven service experience
